Rev. Federico Masutti, FSSP
Fr. Dennis M. Gordon, FSSP

Fr. Gordon was born and raised in Nogales, Arizona, the youngest of five children born to James and Beatrice Gordon.  He attended high school in Tucson and the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut , where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering.

Prior to entering the service of our Lord, Fr. Gordon served on active duty as a Coast Guard officer assigned to the Coast Guard Cutter USCGC Acushnet (WMEC 167) home ported in Eureka, California, while it saw duty in waters off the coast of Mexico and Alaska, serving an assistant engineer, damage control officer and boarding officer.  During quiet nights on the waters of the Pacific, he discerned the calling of our Lord to enter another form of life saving service - - the eternal life saving service.  Following his service on Acusnet, then Lieutenant Gordon completed his commitment to the Coast Guard at an engineering support assignment in Norfolk, Virginia.

In 2001, Fr, Gordon entered Our Lady of Guadalupe Seminary at Denton, Nebraska.  Following  seven years of study, Fr. Gordon was ordained a priest on May 30, 2008.  Following his priestly ordination, Fr. Gordon taught Gregorian Chant for a year at St. Gregory's Academy in Elmhurst, Pennsylvania, while also serving as Assistant Pastor at St. Michael's Church in Scranton.  He then served as as Pastor of St. Michael's until his January 2010 assignment to St. Anne Church in San Diego
